Proverbs 24:3-4 “Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.”
We build the people in our houses with wisdom. With understanding, the people within the house become settled, established, rooted. With knowledge, the people in the house are sound, whole, rich in spirit, and wealthy in wisdom.
Proverbs 24:27 “Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house.”
Home projects are much easier when we prepare thoroughly before we start them. It is easier; more efficient and more enjoyable to make things when we have the proper tools and sufficient materials at the start of the project. We must stand still and prolong construction when we must acquire more funds or tools or materials in the midst of the project.
As we strive to build the people in our homes, preparation each day will only be helpful. Wisdom, understanding, and knowledge are tools we cannot build without.
In the lifestyle of homeschooling, planning, preparation, and prayer are prerequisites to productive days.
Proverbs 14:1 “Every wise woman buildeth her house; but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.”
